Georgia officials choose mobile cell sites

The Georgia Emergency Management Agency chose Verizon Wireless to supply cells on wheels (COWs) to its operation command center at Wayne County Airport in Jessup, Ga. COWs are self-contained, mobile cell sites designed for short-term communications, according to Verizon.
