Health-care provider invests in wireless broadband

Richardson, Texas-based InnerWireless said it would deploy its Horizon wireless broadband infrastructure at the Foote Health System campus in Jackson, Mich. The system provides coverage for cellular phones, 802.11 a/b/g devices and wireless medical-telemetry devices that provide uninterrupted monitoring of patient vital signs, according to the company.
