Phoenix Contact introduces surge protector/filter combo

announced the introduction of the Trabtech surge filter designed to protect sensitive electronic equipment. The Trabtech includes a coordinated TVSS and EMI/RFI filter circuit to provide “extremely tight” voltage clamping, electrical noise filtering, sine-wave tracking, and high-surge current handling capacity, the company said. Additional features include diagnostic monitoring of protection status with local and remote failure indication, rugged metal DIN rail mount housing and a 20 amp nominal current rating. A five-year no-nonsense warranty makes the TRABTECH Surge Filter ideal for protecting any industrial or telecommunication equipment application.
