The planning funding agreement (PFA) for the reconfiguration of Milwaukee County's 800 MHz system was completed on April 30, 2007 (“Many moving parts,” MRT November). However, the functional specifications and request for proposal concerning the Milwaukee County Transit System's portion of the system was completed after the PFA was executed. MRT regrets the error.
