LGS awarded interoperability contract

LGS, an Alcatel-Lucent subsidiary, was awarded a regional wireless broadband network equipment contract by the District of Columbia as part of the National Capital Region Interoperability Program. LGS received a five-year contract, which could be worth as much as $110 million.
