NPSTC names new chair

The National Public Safety Telecommunications Council elected Ralph Haller as its new chair at its quarterly meeting in Mesa, Ariz. Haller formerly was the council's vice chair and represented the Forestry Conservation Communications Association on the NPSTC Governing Board.
