Positron to deploy VoIP E911 system

Positron Public Safety Systems said it would deploy its voice-over-IP E911 system at the San Mateo County (Calif.) Public Safety Communications (SMCPSC) center. The company said it would install its suite of products that will provide VoIP-based E911 services to 23 public safety agencies dispatched by SMCPSC.
