Shoe company integrates RFID into product line

Checkpoint Systems will provide Germany-based shoe company Reno GmbH with radio frequency identification tags and store-tagging systems. According to the company, the tags will be integrated into its line of shoes to curb theft at retail outlets and along the supply chain.
