New York transit authorities award multimillion communications contract

Orbital Science was awarded a $9.7 million contract by the Westchester County Department of Transportation in cooperation with the Federal Transit Administration and the New York State Department of Transportation for computer-aided dispatch and automatic vehicle location systems.
