Safety Vision unveils mobile digital video recorder

Houston-based Safety Vision introduced the PatrolRecorder 4C mobile digital video recorder. It includes a flash, solid-state hard drive or a mobile, removable hard drive and is capable of video transfer over a wireless network, according to the company. It can record up to 24 frames per second (fps) at a standard resolution of 720 × 480 pixels. It also includes a GPS system that tracks the location of a recorded event and maps the data on the company’s GUI software system.
