Seoul City invests in Firetide’s wireless mesh network

Seoul City, South Korea, officials deployed a Firetide’s wireless mesh and access network to support public safety video surveillance, among other applications. The deployment included 22 HotPort mesh nodes and 11 HotPoint access points that connect video surveillance cameras to a central command-and-control location, according to the company.
