Tranzeo buys Sensoria

High-speed wireless broadband communications provider Tranzeo Wireless Technologies announced it will acquire the assets of Sensoria Corp., a wireless-mesh-network developer. The company will acquire the assets for a combination of cash and common shares. The acquisition is subject to the approval of the TSX Toronto Stock Exchange, according to Tranzeo.
