Intuicom unveils spread spectrum RF transceiver module

Intuicom, a wireless data-network provider, released the C1000ì spread-spectrum radio-frequency transceiver module. It touts line-of-sight range of up to 60 miles and a 1.2 Mb/s data rate. It also offers 128-bit AES encryption and 900 MHz frequency hopping spread-spectrum technologies. It was designed for integration into military and aerospace instruments such as unmanned vehicles, robotics and portable devices, according to the company. Single unit pricing starts at $400.
