Aeroflex receives military orders worth $13.6 million

Aeroflex Inc. recently announced it has received orders totaling $13.6 million for radio test sets in support of secure communications needs for the US Army, US Air Force and Army National Guard. In a separate announcement, Aeroflex said it had received orders from the federal government totaling $11.3 million for its RCTS-001 SINCGARS radio test sets and RCTS-003 Life Support radio test sets. All orders are scheduled to be shipped over a 14-month period beginning in May 2005, the company said.
