Meru, Catalyst combine on IP voice and data for enterprises

Meru Networks and Catalyst telecom this week announced an agreement through which Catalyst will distribute Meru's wireless VoIP and data portfolio--including Meru’s WLAN system--to provide wireless voice and data services to enterprises over an IP infrastructure. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Previously, Meru had entered into a reseller agreement with Avaya to distribute Meru’s complete WLAN portfolio. Catalyst, a sales unit of ScanSource, is an Avaya channel partner.
