Companies create digital radio forum

The NXDN Forum announced that eight vendor companies jointly established the organization in order to develop a standardized, digital radio system. The charter members consist of Kenwood Corporation, Icom Inc., Kenwood USA Corp., Icom America, Aeroflex Wichita, Daniels Electronics, Ritron and Trident Datacom Technologies.
